Becky serves as Director of Family Outreach & Advocacy at CWA, where she brings more than 15 years of experience as a passionate advocate and trusted liaison for families with special needs.

Throughout her career, Becky has demonstrated deep empathy, unwavering commitment, and a remarkable ability to connect with families by navigating complex challenges. Her work has centered on empowering parents and caregivers, helping them access the resources, support networks, and guidance they need to thrive. She is known not only for her expertise, but for her warmth, patience, and genuine care.

At Collaborative Wealth Advisory, Becky leads initiatives focused on family engagement, advocacy, and education—ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and understood. Her role is essential to the firm’s mission of delivering holistic, value-driven financial guidance that reflects the real-life needs of the families we serve.

Becky is a proud parent of three adult children: Devon, Noah, and Alivia. She resides in Pottstown, PA, with her beloved dogs: Ace and Willow (Bernedoodles), and Kinley (Havanese). Becky is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Kutztown University, with plans to graduate in the spring of 2026.

In her spare time, Becky enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, kayaking, making birthday cards to send to family and friends across the country, playing card games, and she is a huge baseball fan on a quest to visit every stadium. Go Phillies!
